Responsibilities

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining corporate governance documents, including board resolutions, meeting minutes and corporate policies

Maintain and organize corporate records, legal documents and entity management systems

Support corporate compliance activities, including the management of filings with regulatory agencies

Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion

Prepare, proofread and format correspondence, presentations, and other documents

Maintain and organize the legal team’s filing systems, both digital and physical
