Supply Chain Program Manager
Microsoft is expanding its Cloud business, and the Cloud Supply Chain organization is responsible for enabling hardware infrastructure growth. The Supply Chain Program Manager will support execution of supply chain projects, collaborate with team members, and facilitate communication to ensure program delivery.

Responsibilities
Supports execution of supply chain projects with limited scope and well-defined tasks
Collaborates with immediate team members to complete assigned activities and help ensure project milestones are met
Provides task-level updates to project leads and assists in resolving basic project issues
Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external partners to help enable program delivery and resolve issues
Facilitates team meetings and communicates task-level updates to support alignment across teams
Identifies process improvement opportunities and contributes to the implementation of solutions using standard procedures and team guidance
Participates in root cause analysis activities and documents findings to support team learning and future improvements
Supports integrated supply chain activities by collaborating with team members in demand, supply, and logistics to meet cost, service, and inventory targets
Outlines tasks and schedules to help align with team expectations
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
OR equivalent experience
Certification in Six Sigma
