Head of Retail
Soni is focused on leading retail and wholesale growth initiatives, and they are seeking a Head of Retail to drive sustainable growth through strategic account development and team leadership. The role involves ownership of retail revenue performance and expanding distribution channels across national and big-box retailers.

Ownership of retail revenue performance and growth strategy
Expansion and management of national, big-box, and club retail partnerships
Leadership and development of a retail or wholesale sales team
Strategic account development across direct buyer and rep-group relationships
Optimization of retail distribution and go-to-market strategy
Cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and operations
Qualification
Required
Proven retail revenue ownership, with responsibility for a minimum of $5M+ in retail revenue
Established retail network, including direct relationships with retail buyers and experience working with rep groups
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing, developing, and scaling sales teams
Experience working with major national, big-box, and club retailers, such as Costco, Walmart, Target, BJ's, and similar accounts
Proven ability to manage both direct-to-buyer relationships and rep-led accounts effectively
Experience operating in high-growth, consumer, DTC, or omnichannel environments
CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
Retail account management and order systems
