Responsibilities
Lead procurement operations across multiple manufacturing sites
Translate site objectives into actionable sourcing and delivery plans
Partner with site operations, category management, and engineering to deliver cost-effective, value-driven sourcing strategies
Manage capital maintenance spend and key site services (power, water, wastewater, etc.)
Coach and mentor procurement specialists and senior buyers to build capability and consistency
Drive RFX processes, contract negotiations, and supplier performance improvement
Align site-level procurement activities with broader organisational goals
Qualification
Required
Proven success implementing sourcing or operational strategies across manufacturing multi-site environments
Strong understanding of SAP procurement processes (requisition to PO, system execution, and visualisation/reporting)
Expertise in contract management, negotiation, and supplier performance
Experience with RFX and online bidding tools, with measurable results in driving cost and performance improvements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a practical, tactical approach
