Perform thematic reviews of incidents and operational risk events
Challenge remediation plans and validate closure evidence
Track and report remediation progress to senior leadership
Present findings to governance forums and regulators
Mentor junior team members
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience in cyber, information security, or data risk
Mandatory financial services experience in a regulated environment
Strong background in independent review, assurance, or second-line oversight
Familiarity with regulatory expectations and control frameworks
Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
