Responsibilities

Develop and lead the company’s comprehensive sales strategy in collaboration with the CEO and other stakeholders
Translate business objectives into actionable revenue plans, sales processes, and GTM playbooks
Own the full revenue lifecycle—from new client acquisition through customer retention and expansion
Build and optimize a predictable revenue engine with clear metrics: pipeline growth, CAC, LTV, win rates, churn, and market penetration
Align closely with marketing to ensure top-of-funnel performance and pipeline health
Build a channel partner ecosystem to accelerate expansion in key verticals and markets
Stay ahead of market trends to inform pricing, positioning, and competitive strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational alignment throughout the customer journey
Support geographic growth by identifying and executing GTM strategies tailored to local market dynamics
Evaluate and enter adjacent verticals, iterating messaging and acquisition models as needed
Attract, hire, and mentor top sales talent; establish a high-performance, coaching-oriented sales culture
Implement team structures and development plans that scale with business needs
Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure buy-in on shared KPIs across departments

Required

12+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, and GTM execution within consultative B2B environments (e.g., professional services, tech-enabled services)
Proven track record of building and scaling sales functions in fast-paced, growth-stage companies
Deep experience developing high-impact sales strategies and infrastructure from the ground up
Strong command of key sales metrics and performance frameworks; able to turn data into action
Demonstrated leadership across geographically dispersed teams; skilled in change management
Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and sharp executional follow-through
Proficient with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement technologies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; executive presence a must
