Responsibilities

Develop cross-functional plans, and deliver critical insights and recommendations that shape GCAS commercial and incentive strategy

Build cross-functional partnerships across Google sales, sales operations, finance, accounting, marketing, legal, contracts, and other teams to influence executive stakeholders through sound strategy development and exceptional program management

Collaborate with global and regional teams on pilots, program assessments, and partner engagements to accelerate global business

Partner with GPS and regional GTM to improve processes and operational infrastructure, and ensuring commercial operational cadence, accountability and tracking to enable cross-functional decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree

Experience with commercial and incentive programs

Preferred

Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment

Experience with commercial and incentive programs for organizations

Experience in cross-functional collaboration and executive stakeholder management

Experience in leading cross-functional projects

Excellent project management, problem-solving and analysis skills
