Responsibilities
Lead and operationalize a global enterprise security program across multiple regions
Develop and communicate a long-term security strategy and roadmap, including physical security, executive protection, and travel risk management
Ensure compliance with security, safety, and operational resilience regulations in collaboration with legal and risk stakeholders
Lead and develop a global workforce of security professionals and travel risk specialists
Identify emerging threats, risks, and technology trends through enterprise-wide strategic planning
Establish, enforce, and continuously improve security policies, standards, and governance frameworks
Advise executive and senior leadership on security investments, priorities, and industry best practices
Champion innovation through advanced technologies, analytics, and process optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (required)
Strong knowledge of risk management, regulatory compliance, and security governance
15+ years of progressive experience in corporate security
Proven leadership in security strategy, innovation, and policy development
Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives
Track record of implementing new processes, technologies, and governance frameworks
Corporate or enterprise-level security leadership experience
Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement
Physical security, risk assessment, and threat analysis expertise
Ability to present complex strategies to senior leadership
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Proven ability to perform under pressure in high-stakes environments
Leadership presence with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
