They are seeking a Founding Commercial Engagement Lead to own major pharma accounts and build the foundation of their commercial and client success organisation.

Responsibilities

Own two to three major pharma accounts

Act as a strategic and execution partner to brand and digital enablement teams

Translate strategy and insights into content and deliverables inside the company

Build the early commercial and client success processes

Work directly with the founders and senior commercial leaders

Help shape how the company partners with the most important pharma teams in the world

Qualification

Client engagementStrategic partnershipPharmaceutical industry knowledgeConsulting experienceCommunication skills

Required

Two to three years in consulting or banking

Backgrounds from McKinsey, BCG, Bain, ClearView, Deloitte Strategy, Accenture Strategy or IB analysts from JPM, MS, GS, Evercore, Centerview, PJT, Lazard

Someone who is organised, sharp and communicates clearly

A person who wants to move out of slide decks and models and into real client ownership

Must be NYC based and in office five days a week
