Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Operations with all new business projects
Evaluate potential projects and identify strengths to present to Principals
Review and analyze incoming RFPs to determine feasibility and alignment
Draft proposals and create supporting documentation for bidding
Prepare comprehensive bid packages to secure new projects
Collaborate with internal teams and clients during contract negotiations
Transition signed deals/projects smoothly to project teams
Analyze and maintain historical project data to improve forecasting and projections

Required

5+ years of proven experience in within a creative or design-focused environment
Ability to read and interpret specifications, proposals, and project tasks

Proficiency in drafting and writing contracts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
Experience in creating bid packages and proposals to win projects
Familiarity with RFP review processes and hiring needs assessment
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
