Responsibilities

Ship warm, fast, and intuitive mobile experiences using React Native

Improve onboarding, matching, and early-engagement flows

Build UI that feels on par with top consumer social products

Create mentor-facing tools that improve speed, consistency, and connection

Build safety and risk-detection surfaces to support a sensitive user base

Improve internal workflows so tools empower, not burden, operators

Build end-to-end features across React Native, backend services, and APIs

Collaborate closely with design, product, growth, and operations

Engage directly with users to understand needs and validate solutions

Maintain a clean, scalable codebase in a fast-growing environment
