Process, review, and organize documents and records with accuracy and efficiency
Perform general administrative and clerical support duties
Maintain organization of files, records, and office systems
Work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with team members as needed
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative processes

Required

Previous office and/or document processing experience required
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Prior automotive dealership or car sales office experience strongly preferred
