Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to:
Active Directory (AD) management, Group Policy, and Domain Trust Relationships
VLAN connectivity and networking (DHCP, DNS, ACLs)
Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
Deliver Level 1 helpdesk support for:
Desktop/laptop imaging, setup, and troubleshooting
Printer and VoIP phone system support
Mobile device configuration and troubleshooting
Manage patch updates for Windows Server infrastructure using Group Policy and WSUS
Create and audit IT security policies; maintain awareness of emerging threats
Configure and maintain wireless handheld scanning devices
Document processes for consistency and repeatability
Lead IT projects involving internal and external resources, ensuring timely delivery
Maintain relationships with third-party IT vendors
Ensure accurate documentation of services and communications
Adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards

Required

Strong functional and technical skills in IT systems and networking
Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities
Action-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and collaborative
Physical ability to occasionally move up to 40 lbs
Vision requirements include close, distance, and color vision

Preferred

Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and WSUS
Knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting
Familiarity with VoIP systems and mobile device management
Understanding of IT security best practices
