Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize Icertis contract templates
Troubleshoot and resolve template-related issues including clauses, layouts, logic, and metadata
Lead template harmonization and standardization efforts across teams
Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Commercial stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations
Perform functional testing and support UAT activities
Establish best practices for template governance and version control
Ensure templates are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in CLM solutions with strong hands-on Icertis (ICI) expertise
Proven experience building and managing complex Icertis contract templates
Experience working with large numbers of templates and standardization initiatives
Strong understanding of contract structures, clauses, metadata, and workflows
Ability to work independently in a remote, business-facing role
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Remote (Atlanta, GA or Seattle, WA preferred)
