Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid digital channels
Optimize campaign performance through ongoing bid adjustments, creative swaps, and audience targeting
Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, creative, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Monitor CTR, CPL, competitive PPC activity and report insights
Manage Smart Communications’ LinkedIn company page and social calendar, ensuring consistent cadence of content
Partner with Content and Design teams to request assets and schedule/publish posts
Coordinate organic and paid social to maximize reach, engagement and integrated campaign alignment
Partner with Content Marketing to manage the monthly Smart Communications LinkedIn Newsletter, owning newsletter production, formatting, publishing, performance measurement and reporting
Conduct keyword research to support the content marketing calendar, campaign assets, resource hubs, and web pages
Manage on-page optimization (metadata, headers, schema, alt tags)
Track organic performance and provide insights to Content, Vertical, and Product Marketing teams
Support broader SEO/AEO strategy led by the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing
Partner with Demand Gen and Partner Marketing to translate campaign briefs into tactical digital execution (PPC, paid social, organic, newsletter, landing pages, etc,.)
Ensure accountability across campaign stakeholders (Demand Gen, Partner, Product Marketing, Vertical Marketing, Content, Design and Marketing Ops) by managing timelines, ad copy swaps, creative refreshes, updated click URLs, and continuous channel optimization
Build GA4 dashboards for digital channel performance metrics
Provide insights and recommendations to improve channel performance
Own UTM hygiene and campaign tracking best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
4–6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience within B2B SaaS companies
Expert in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), web analytics (GA4, MS Clarity, etc.), and social scheduling tools
Strong project management skills to coordinate across multiple teams and deadlines
Analytical mindset with ability to surface actionable insights from performance data
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening), comfortable working with all levels of stakeholders
Ability to stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Preferred
Experience marketing to the financial services, insurance or healthcare industries at a global level
Familiarity with 6Sense or similar ABM platforms
Familiarity with WordPress and Pathfatory
