Credit Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

Answer telephone calls, monitor and distribute emails and correspondence
Respond to customer requests
Process credit applications
Set up new customer accounts
Handle requested customer forms and certified/returned mail
Assist with managing customer tax exemption forms and taxability status
Generate notices as required by construction lien statutes
Perform general administrative tasks for the Credit Department
Other duties as assigned

Required

Work Experience: Entry-level
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Analytics/Computer Skills: Competency with MS Office and Excel; attention to detail
Organization Skills: Highly organized; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Cross-functional Skills: Ability to work effectively across functions; strong customer service orientation
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Physical, Mental & Visual Skills: Ability to see, talk, hear, and sit for 8 hours
Physical Environment: Normal office environment
Travel: Occasional travel
