Responsibilities

Act as a consultative resource during planning meetings, assists case positioning & proposals, and contributes to preparation for finalist sales presentations
Serve as a subject matter expert in HCM and Benefit Administration platform integrations focusing on Workday and ADP, product specific plan configurations, and deep knowledge of Lincoln's API and integration capabilities
Research and maintain current knowledge regarding API integrations and data mapping processes to effectively communicate with technical teams and troubleshoot integration issues
Manage and deliver on more complex API integrations and ensures that the internal/external clients' overall service needs are satisfied and achieve the business and profitability
Seek new functionality and enhancements to current API solutions and drives changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of integrated systems for customers
Communicate effectively with business partners, management, and other areas of IT regarding recommendations for technical designs, capabilities, and enhancements
Champion change management initiatives & facilitates adoption of API solutions and enhancements through communication, education, and training
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on project plans, test plans, and integration plans
Review more complex plan designs and documents to determine tasks needed for successful API integrations
Document integration requirements, processes, and best practices, and communicate these effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required

3 - 5+ Years of experience in operations and/or insurance/benefits directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this position
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)

Preferred

Ability to read, analyze and interpret both internal and external documents such as general media/publications, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, policies, proposals, and standard operating procedures
Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Apply concepts such as probability, statistics, modeling, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions
