Responsibilities
Tracks project progress against milestones and deadlines and regularly reports to senior management
Assists with selection, negotiation, and other related activities with respect to external vendors or consultants
Monitors the project life cycle from planning, scoping, design, execution, and closure
Reports quality metrics and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards and policies
Maintains and distributes documentation and communicates with team members on tasks and timelines
Suggests process improvement strategies for better project execution
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Project Management or related field
Preferred
3-5 years of experience as Project Manager or other related field with demonstrated increased responsibility in the healthcare industry
Experience working on short and long-term healthcare projects
Project Management Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
