Responsibilities

This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex commercial litigation cases, including those that involve all aspects of technology, business, and intellectual property disputes
Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Assist with deposition preparation and witness interviews
Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
Provide general support to the litigation department as needed

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school
Admission to the state bar of Illinois

A commitment to client service and ethical practice
