Responsibilities
Build and maintain Python systems that keep positions accurate and within risk limits
Report risk issues to the Risk Manager and work with trading desks to resolve them
Design automated workflows to eliminate manual processes (we're serious about this)
Communicate with clearers and brokers on trade-related issues
Take on a broad range of operational and risk tasks as the firm grows
Qualification
Required
2+ years in risk or trade operations
Strong Python and MySQL skills—you'll be deploying code regularly
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight (code reviews happen, but you own your work)
Comfort in a small team (~3 people) where you'll have real ownership and impact
