Part-Time B2B Demand Generation Manager
Scanbase is seeking a part-time B2B Demand Generation Manager to drive qualified inbound leads into their sales funnel. The role involves managing paid advertising channels, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating closely with the founder to align marketing efforts with sales feedback.

Responsibilities
Own and manage paid advertising channels (primarily LinkedIn and Google)
Launch, test, and optimize campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads
Write and iterate on direct-response ad copy
Optimize landing pages and lead capture flows
Monitor CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality
Work closely with the founder to align ads with ICP and sales feedback
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience running B2B paid acquisition or demand gen
Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Search
Comfortable marketing high-ticket B2B products
Data-driven and outcome-oriented
Able to work independently with minimal oversight
Experience working with small teams or founders is a plus
Preferred
Experience marketing physical products or capital equipment
Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, or similar CRM/analytics tools
Experience optimizing for booked demos or pipeline, not just leads
