Source and originate high-value collateralized loan opportunities ($750K+)
Leverage an existing network of borrowers, brokers, and financial partners to generate immediate deal flow
Build, lead, and mentor a business development team
Design and implement business development policies, procedures, and performance metrics
Maintain strong relationships with referral partners and executive-level prospects
Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting and senior leadership to efficiently close transactions
Qualification
Required
Established network and active pipeline of companies seeking collateralized loans
5+ years of experience in private credit, commercial lending, or asset-based lending
Demonstrated success originating and closing large transactions
Proven team-building and leadership experience
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and execute quickly
