B2B Sales Executive
Next Target is expanding its business development team in Long Beach, seeking confident communicators for B2B sales. The role involves engaging with local businesses to offer telecom solutions, building client relationships, and achieving sales goals in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
Engage with local businesses across the Long Beach area, introducing telecom and connectivity solutions designed to help them operate smarter
Build and manage client relationships, from initial outreach to long-term account development
Conduct on-site business consultations, identifying needs and presenting service options tailored to each client
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, supported by a driven, team-based environment
Collaborate with managers and peers to refine sales techniques and share winning strategies
Attend ongoing training sessions, gaining skills in B2B communications, negotiations, and client management
Represent the brand professionally and with integrity at all times
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Goal-driven individuals who enjoy working toward targets
Ability to work full-time and travel locally for business visits
No direct B2B experience required — full training is provided
