Responsibilities

Design and implement low-code solutions to streamline and automate workflows
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance for better efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications
Manage the roadmap for technology tools, from initiation through decommissioning
Create user guides, deliver training sessions, and ensure smooth integration of third-party platforms
Establish software standards and compliance protocols, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Research and evaluate emerging tools to maintain a competitive and innovative tech stack
Adapt project management approaches, such as agile or waterfall, to enhance collaboration and continuous improvement
Incorporate AI considerations into development processes to align with industry trends

Proficiency in creating user documentation and delivering training sessions
Knowledge of software compliance standards and procedures
Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies for project management
