Responsibilities
Supervise a team of billers to ensure maximum collection rates and adherence to billing policies and procedures
Oversee the monthly billing process, including the generation and submission of claims, invoice processing, and reconciliation of accounts
Cultivate a positive work environment by providing support, guidance, and feedback to team members
Train, guide, and coach employees to develop their skills and reach their full potential
Interface with clients to ensure successful client relationships, including regular check-in calls, reporting, and collaboration to resolve revenue cycle management (RCM) related issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in SNF billing, with a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer billing regulations
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coach and develop others
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
