Responsibilities
Lead technical execution and enforce quality from concept to completion
Be the go-to for electrical design reviews, supporting large-scale construction builds, commissioning and O&M handover
Act as the owner's electrical technical lead, coordinating across EPCs, third-party engineers, and internal teams
Keep projects on track and up to standard
Driving engineering standards and reviewing technical submittals
Remotely supporting construction and commissioning teams in the field, with site visits
Reviewing RFIs, redlines, specs, load calcs, and shop drawings
Managing third-party engineers and keeping EPCs aligned
Qualification
Required
Degree in Electrical Engineering
P.E
5+ years in utility-scale solar with additional BESS project experience preferred
Deep knowledge of electrical design, commissioning, and field workflows
Strong communication and leadership
Cool under pressure, comfortable on-site when needed, and driven to find solutions
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
