Performs skilled maintenance work as a working supervisor in charge of managing a cluster of small parks and/or one large park
Routine supervision is given to subordinate staff
Qualification
Required
Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in buildings and grounds maintenance
Must possess or obtain prior to employment, a valid Florida driver's license and maintain said license during term of employment
The applicant will be disqualified from further consideration for the position if a Level I background criminal background investigation discloses the applicant has disqualifying convictions
Preferred
Buildings and grounds maintenance experience in a park setting is desired
