The Hardware Engineer Internship will focus on research and development of new products, leading improvements of existing products, and overall systems solutions.

Responsibilities

Managing, deriving, and capturing Product/Program requirements including mechanical and electrical interface design specifications, component requirements, and functional block diagrams

Supporting software and hardware testing

Supporting and facilitating engineering projects including new product/solution development, product changes, and customer integration

Supporting the change management process to ensure all required actions have been completed and that communication to key stakeholders is maintained

Ensuring quality documentation is updated/created as required, including technical manuals

Providing support and delivering solutions for rapid development projects

Modifying and updating requirements documents

Coordinating preparation of design drawings including updates

Supporting and facilitating project scheduling

Required

Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field and have completed at least two years of the program

Successfully completed at least one course in engineering design

Successfully completed at least one course in RF theory

Must have a United States security clearance or the ability to obtain a United States security clearance
