Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters
Handle wage and hour, PAGA, and class action cases from early stages through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery related to complex employment disputes
Work closely with partners, associates, and firm staff on strategy and case development
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
Substantial experience with wage and hour, PAGA, and class action litigation
Active license to practice law in California (California State Bar required)
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
