Responsibilities
Drive inside sales activities for customers throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey
Build and maintain customer relationships across key verticals, selling: range of crushing, screening, and conveyor wear parts and accessories
Utilise Salesforce CRM and analytics to optimise sales processes, reporting, and customer engagement
Support distributors and partners with technical expertise on the product portfolio
Collaborate with product management, marketing, and outside sales to achieve growth targets
Clearly communicate product specifications and provide solutions tailored to customer needs within the market
Qualification
Required
Strong focus on customer service, with 3 to 5 years of proven success in inside sales, customer success, or outbound sales within an industrial setting
Extroverted, energetic, and customer-facing personality with an outbound mindset and a track record of building long-term relationships
Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, data analytics, and sales reporting tools
Experience selling range of crushing, screening, and conveyor wear parts and accessories would be highly beneficial
Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with strong computer literacy
Ideally be located in Harleysville, PA
