Responsibilities
Lead the development, testing, and deployment of predictive models and machine learning solutions that inform credit and risk-related decisions
Work hands-on with large, diverse datasets to uncover insights, patterns, and opportunities that influence business strategy
Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that non-technical stakeholders can act on
Build intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate trends, performance, and risk signals
Contribute to adjacent analytical efforts such as portfolio monitoring, fraud analytics, and performance optimization
Ensure all modeling and analytical work aligns with regulatory standards and internal governance requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar
4+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or statistical modeling
Strong command of SQL with the ability to write complex, performance-optimized queries
Advanced experience with Python or R and modern data science libraries
Proven experience designing experiments, validating models, and interpreting statistical results
Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders
