Sr. Demand Generation Campaign Manager

ECI Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Campaign Manager to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation programs. This role involves leading demand generation strategies, developing innovative programs, and collaborating closely with various teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.

Responsibilities

Define and execute integrated demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on pipeline growth and bookings
Build multi-channel campaigns leveraging paid search, paid social, SEO, review sites, events, webinars, email, nurture programs, and content marketing
Monitor and improve conversion rates across the funnel; deliver quarterly reports on KPIs such as MQL attainment, SAL conversion, and pipeline contribution
Partner with Product Marketing and content teams to create compelling assets that drive inbound engagement
Oversee PPC, PPL, and HQL programs with partners like Gartner and review platforms to ensure positive ROI
Manage tradeshow and event strategy in partnership with the Events team, including lead generation and communications
Work closely with BDR and Sales teams to optimize lead quality, accelerate pipeline, and ensure seamless handoff
Manage marketing budgets per product line, ensuring industry-standard ROMI
Track and analyze KPIs across channels; leverage data to inform decisions and optimize performance

Required

5–7+ years in B2B demand generation or campaign management (ERP or SaaS preferred), with proven success driving measurable results and the ability to jump in and make impact right away
People management experience or ability to mentor and guide a coordinator
Proficiency with SFDC, marketing automation (Marketo preferred), Google Analytics, ABM platforms, and attribution tools
Ability to collaborate on content that resonates with ERP buyers and supports the buyer's journey
Deep understanding of the ERP sales cycle and experience aligning marketing with sales objectives
Exceptional organizational skills; experience with Asana a plus
Innovative, data-driven, and results-oriented with a bias for action
BS/BBA in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience

Preferred

Experience in ERP or SaaS marketing
Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, inbound strategy, and end-to-end campaign execution
