Responsibilities

Administer and support Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, and basic GPO

Support Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, user administration, and common troubleshooting

Maintain and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers

Support desktops, laptops, and peripherals across Windows environments

Assist with installing and configuring workstations and basic networking hardware onsite

Troubleshoot networking issues involving routers, firewalls, and TCP IP fundamentals

Perform system updates, patching, and performance monitoring

Support backups and recovery using tools like Veeam

Document work and updates clearly in ConnectWise
