Responsibilities

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified medical device development opportunities

Consistently meet or exceed annual revenue targets within your territory

Identify and engage prospective clients seeking outsourced medical device design and development services

Lead consultative discovery conversations to assess technical, commercial, and strategic fit

Develop tailored proposals in collaboration with engineering and program teams

Maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond

Represent StarFish at conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events

Collaborate with Marketing to support regional demand-generation initiatives

Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reporting
