Originate SBA 7(a) loans as a generalist across diverse industries
Develop, maintain, and expand a strong network of referral sources
Actively prospect, meet with clients, and build long-term business relationships
Travel regularly throughout the Western region to engage prospects and partners
Deliver consistent loan production aligned with company goals
Collaborate with internal underwriting and closing teams to ensure a smooth lending process
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience originating SBA 7(a) loans
Proven track record of producing $15MM–$25MM+ annually
Established network within the small business and lending community
Strong communication, relationship-building, and business-development skills
Ability to work independently and travel as needed
