NEP Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner closely with their Media Services team across the Americas. This high-visibility role involves leading financial planning and analysis, managing budgeting processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and analysis for a portfolio of U.S.-based media service offerings

Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for a defined business unit

Build and maintain well-structured financial models to support pricing, investment, and strategic planning

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support profitability

Prepare and present clear, executive-level reporting for organizational leaders

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide thoughtful recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support commercial and strategic initiatives

Qualification

FP&AFinancial modelingBusiness intelligence toolsAnalytical skillsCommunication skills

Required

3+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related role (experience in technology, media, or services is a plus)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information

Clear and effective communication and presentation skills

Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, evolving environment

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
