Responsibilities
Develop and grow new and existing business opportunities using the full range of services offered
Negotiate pricing effectively to build sustainable and profitable relationships with customers and carriers
Ensure the most efficient and safe transportation solutions for customers
Increase revenue and enhance profitability by identifying and executing opportunities for improvement
Proactively identify potential service disruptions and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with Customer Service regarding Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and availability
Qualification
Required
Must be willing to work as a 1099 agent, with a split up-to 70/30
Previous experience in transportation or logistics
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic computer proficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry
