Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for dependable and self-motivated HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician professionals. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform repair and general maintenance of apartment AC units and other property facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
Plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement
Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units
Assist in renovation projects
Assist in maintaining the curb appeal of the community

Qualification

HVAC CertificationEPA Type I & IIPlumbingElectrical RepairTeamwork

Required

Must have your own tools
1-2 years of HVAC/maintenance experience
EPA Type I & II or Universal Certified
Work well in a team environment
Have a strong work ethic
Be reliable and dependable
