Responsibilities

Focus on the retention and growth of key brand relationships in beauty and CPG in North America
Maintain and accurately report on the sales pipeline, including the likelihood of closing deals, every quarter
Develop senior-level relationships across the industry, collaborating with brand partners to understand their strategic objectives and ensure we are delivering value to each account
Develop an account planning strategy that defines the structure and opportunities for growth within each account
Develop annualized sampling strategies alongside our largest partners to solidify SoPost as a critical component of their marketing plan
Deliver on agreed sales objectives and revenue targets
Stay up-to-date on the product roadmap and upcoming launches within SoPost, as well as the broader digital media ecosystem, to identify potential opportunities with existing brand partners
Maintain a CRM database of key contacts and prospects
Identify and attend industry events to network and raise SoPost’s profile within the beauty and CPG industry, where new business opportunities exist

Required

Proven experience over 3+ years in account management within a high-volume deal, B2B sales, environment
Experience managing relationships with enterprise portfolio businesses within the beauty or CPG industries
A strong client database, preferably within the beauty or CPG industry and across media agencies
Proven track record of growing accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets
Proven track record of building strong client relationships, both brand direct and with agencies
Strategic, consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs, create meaningful solutions, set expectations and close deals of all sizes
An understanding of the digital media landscape and the competitive marketplace in which we operate
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong competency in presentation software (e.g. Google Slides)
Experience working with CRM software, like HubSpot or Salesforce, is a plus
