Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Build advanced workflows using Flow Designer, Playbooks, Decision Tables
Develop server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript & Glide APIs
Implement and manage integrations using MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs
Configure UI Builder / Configurable Workspaces
Work extensively on ITIL-aligned processes
Maintain secure access using ACLs
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver enterprise solutions

Strong hands-on development experience across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, and CMDB
Deep platform customization expertise
Proven integration experience
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Build advanced workflows using Flow Designer, Playbooks, Decision Tables
Develop server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript & Glide APIs
Implement and manage integrations using MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs
Configure UI Builder / Configurable Workspaces
Work extensively on ITIL-aligned processes
Maintain secure access using ACLs
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver enterprise solutions
Strong ServiceNow development experience (not admin)
Deep knowledge of ITIL processes
Hands-on experience with CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM
Expertise in Business Rules
Expertise in Client Scripts
Expertise in Script Includes
Expertise in UI Actions
Expertise in ACLs
Expertise in Flow Designer
Expertise in Playbooks
Expertise in Decision Tables / Rules
Strong JavaScript (client & server-side) and Glide API
Experience with Mobile App Builder (MAB)
Integration experience using MID Server, APIs, Web Services
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
