Express Group Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Manager is responsible for contracting and closing small group and social business room blocks. Typically with short booking windows or simplified requirements
Executes and works closely with the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, building group room block and managing accordingly, group resume, billing, group projections, customer correspondence) primary point of contact from start to finish
Work closely with operations, catering, revenue management, and front‑office teams to ensure seamless execution of group bookings
Collaborate with the broader sales team to support overall departmental goals and cross‑sell opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners to drive group sales growth
Developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to the company's needs
Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities
Tracking sales performance metrics and providing insights to senior leadership
Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotions
Managing sales budgets and expenses to ensure financial efficiency
