Responsibilities
Define and execute the market segment strategy for relay and component products within North America’s T&M sector
Analyze regional market trends in semiconductor test, ATE, and related component markets to shape commercial priorities
Identify high-value opportunities and applications that align with our technology roadmap
Build and grow relationships with key T&M customers, including semiconductor OEMs, ATE manufacturers, and contract test providers
Collaborate with Sales and Field Application Engineering (FAE) teams to drive demand generation, design wins, and long-term account growth
Translate voice of customer into actionable insights for Product Management and Engineering
Align product strategy and messaging with regional customer needs, technical requirements, and compliance standards
Partner with Field Application Engineers to deliver technical support and tailored relay and component solutions to complex customer challenges
Contribute to marketing content, application notes, and sales enablement tools for the T&M segment
Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, FAE, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on customer programs and product development priorities
Support pricing, quoting, and product lifecycle planning for the segment
Track key performance metrics including design wins, segment revenue, and customer engagement across North America
Deliver quarterly updates on market dynamics, competitor actions, and growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
7+ years of experience in the Test & Measurement or semiconductor market with a strong understanding of ATE systems
Experience working with or selling components (e.g., relays, sockets, sensors) into the ATE ecosystem
Familiarity with signal integrity, isolation, high-frequency switching, and other relay-specific design considerations
Willingness to travel within North America up to 50%
Preferred
Direct experience supporting or collaborating with Field Application Engineering teams
Network within North American semiconductor test or equipment OEMs
Knowledge of industry standards and test protocols (e.g., JEDEC, ISO, RoHS)
Understanding of product qualification and technical validation cycles in high-reliability applications
Customer-focused mindset with strong technical and commercial judgment
Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for innovation
