Execute day-to-day creator program operations in support of acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and campaign delivery
Provide responsive, high-quality creator support as part of the Walmart Creator experience
Represent Walmart professionally in all creator-facing communication, ensuring clarity, empathy, and brand alignment
Execute campaign and event plans in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned, on-time delivery
Ensure accurate tracking of creator activity, deliverables, and performance data
Surface operational gaps and improvement opportunities to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in Creator Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Commerce, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Media
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple timelines, campaigns, and creator relationships simultaneously
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-moving, ambiguous campaign environments
Resourceful, proactive self-starter comfortable taking initiative in fast-paced environments
Clear written and verbal communication skills, particularly in creator-facing contexts
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and support senior leaders
Interest in creators, social commerce, and execution excellence
