Responsibilities
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery
Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, business teams, and technical stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to ensure timely delivery
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate status updates, key metrics, and deliverables to leadership and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and process optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in product management or program management
Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
Strong written/oral communication experience with clients and customers
Comfort with various technology platforms (G Drive, Outlook, Zoom, Cvent, Eventbrite, knowledge a plus)
Motivated/self-starter
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, technology products, or enterprise solutions
Knowledge of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies
Certification in PMP, Scrum, or Agile methodologies
