Senior Compensation Analyst

Arkema is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their HR team. In this role, you will analyze and administer compensation programs, conduct market benchmarking, and provide consultative support to HR and business leaders.

Responsibilities

Administer assigned compensation programs throughout the annual cycle, ensuring alignment with Arkema’s pay philosophy
Conduct complex compensation analyses, including market pricing, pay equity assessments, and modeling for new programs or structural changes
Support annual compensation processes such as merit increases, bonus programs, and salary structure updates
Provide consultative guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders on job evaluations, offers, and compensation planning
Lead or participate in salary surveys and benchmarking efforts; interpret data and apply findings to internal structures
Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency) and contribute to policy development
Partner with HRIS to maintain data accuracy and create dashboards and reports for leadership
Drive and support compensation projects and initiatives, such as job architecture, pay transparency, and process automation

Required

Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or related HR disciplines, demonstrating increasing responsibility and expertise
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
Solid understanding of compensation principles, regulatory requirements (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency laws), and survey methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, modeling)
Familiarity with compensation tools (e.g., CompAnalyst, Payfactors, MarketPay)
Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP)
Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to produce actionable insights

Preferred

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar designation is strongly preferred
