Responsibilities

Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure technology initiatives fully support broader organizational goals and operational requirements
Oversee the management of third-party vendors and managed service providers to maintain high performance standards and strict security compliance
Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive disaster recovery protocols and business continuity strategies
Direct the strategic selection and deployment of hardware and software solutions to enhance overall efficiency and client service
Serve as the primary authority for resolving escalated technical incidents and infrastructure challenges
Manage the technology budget to ensure resources are utilized effectively and cost solutions are optimized
Monitor and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure adherence to industry specific compliance standards

Required

Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a comparable technical discipline

Ability to think strategically and proactively address technological challenges before they impact operations

Preferred
