Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Infojini Inc is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead efforts in delivering high quality candidates for client hiring needs. The role involves performing full life cycle recruiting, building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and utilizing innovative recruiting techniques to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
Meet with hiring managers to complete intake meetings to ensure an understanding of job duties, job responsibilities, and required/desired skills to ensure timely hiring and robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest in our industry
Partner with sourcing team members to develop additional candidates via new sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Pre-screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients' leaders and other HR team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of client's compensation policy and delegation of authority
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
Qualification
Required
BS and 6 years + experience or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location level
Demonstrated knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and candidate due diligence
Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities in the clients applicant tracking system
Proven ability to learn and adapt new recruiting ideas, processes, techniques, etc
Manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, and be adaptable/flexible Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Seeking a candidate with full life cycle experience, with attention to detail and open to multiple lines of communication with hiring managers and candidates
Seeking a Specialist with experience handling different types of positions to include Procurement, Finance, Contracts, Engineering and Supply Chain in a DOD environment
Experience working in a remote environment working with hiring managers in several time zones
Preferred
Familiarity with Brass Ring Kenexa applicant tracking system
Familiarity with Phenom Candidate Relationship (CRM)
Familiarity with Paradox
