Work with the talent acquisition team to source candidates for specific positions within the data center construction industry

Develop relationships with internal team to understand specific requirements of each position

Post job descriptions utilizing job boards and other technology recruiting tools

Manage the candidates through the recruitment process

Required

A qualified candidate must have experience recruiting within the energy industry

Must have exposure to regulatory spanning natural gas, power generation, key utility providers, or across other energy solutions as primary power sources

3+ years of strategic sourcing experience in Energy, Construction, Architecture, Engineering and/or Data Center experience preferred

Be able to devise a plan to autonomously source candidates and create a pipeline of qualified individuals

Good knowledge the Texas employment market

Understanding of the job descriptions/responsibilities and market landscape for Construction Managers, Engineers, Architects, and related large construction skill sets

Experience with ATS and sourcing tools

Strong understanding of sourcing methods and strategies

Focus on candidate experience, action-orientated, and motivated by results

Experience sourcing or cold calling

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced knowledge of Boolean search string creation

Track record of building talent pipeline through passive sourcing efforts and candidate engagement

Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends

Strong ability to track and manage data and workflows
