Responsibilities
Managing video deliverables, post-production workflows, editors, animators, and show-critical timelines
Creating clarity, continuity, and calm for clients and artists
Conducting client review calls and aligning feedback with Creative Leads
Unblocking editors in different time zones and sanity-checking last-minute exports
Updating project status and organizing work in Notion
Tracking project deadlines and preventing emergencies before they happen
Ensuring clients feel safe during tight timelines while helping artists stay focused
Qualification
Required
Experience managing video deliverables, post-production workflows, editors, animators, and show-critical timelines
Ability to manage up to 10–15 active projects at once
Strong communication skills to own communication between clients and artists
Experience in a video production, post-production, animation, or live events environment
Ability to work with large clients and high stakes
Proactive problem-solving skills
Ability to think independently and not wait to be told what's broken
Fluency in both 'client' and 'artist' communication
Strong organizational skills to track everything and prevent emergencies
Preferred
Experience coordinating remote teams
Experience running creative deliverables at scale
Experience working in production, events, media, post, animation, or agency environments
