The role involves transitioning from on-premise Infor SyteLine to Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) and requires collaboration with cross-functional business partners for upgrades, integrations, and reporting.

Responsibilities
Support ERP upgrade planning and execution across multiple sites
Assist with data migration, validation, and testing activities
Update and maintain ERP customizations, including reports and forms, for CSI compatibility
Support and test integrations with Shopview and Paperless Parts
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and operational reports
Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide day-to-day system support to end users
Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues
Document system configurations, processes, and changes
Hands-on ERP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
Working on ERP upgrade and data migration tasks
Supporting integrations and resolving data or system issues
Building and maintaining Power BI reporting solutions
Partnering with business users to understand and support operational needs
Qualification
Required
Infor SyteLine experience (on-premise)
Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) experience
Power BI reporting and dashboard development
SQL and data analysis skills
ERP integrations (experience with Shopview and/or Paperless Parts strongly preferred)
Preferred
Experience supporting ERP upgrades or ERP cloud migrations
Manufacturing or multi-site ERP environment experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a lean team environment
